TechBayt provides delivery services across Kuwait. We aim to ensure secure and timely delivery for all printer supplies and tech essentials.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
• Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and official public holidays).
• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days depending on location and stock availability.
Shipping Fees
Delivery charges are calculated based on your selected delivery zone at checkout:
- Zone 1 – 1 KD
- Zone 2 – 3 KD
- Zone 3 – 5 KD
The appropriate delivery fee will be automatically added at checkout once your area is selected.
Customer Responsibilities
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and reachable.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, rescheduling must be arranged with our support team.
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
