TechBayt Return & Refund Policy

At TechBayt, we specialize in reliable printer supplies and tech essentials across Kuwait. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and transparently, in line with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:
• Products must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
• All included accessories and documentation must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• Items must be in resellable condition without damage or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Special order or bulk toner/ink items sourced specifically upon customer request.
• Digital or electronically delivered products once completed.
• Opened consumables such as ink bottles, toner cartridges, or paper packs unless defective.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on availability and customer preference.
• Our team will coordinate pickup or guide you through the return process to ensure quick resolution.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before dispatch confirmation.
• Once shipped, cancellations will follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
• Special order items cannot be canceled once procurement has begun.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Once inspected and approved, refunds typically process within 1–5 business days, depending on bank processing times.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty Support

TechBayt follows manufacturer warranty policies where applicable:
• Warranty coverage is subject to the brand’s official terms and conditions.
• Items may require inspection at authorized service centers.
• We assist customers in coordinating warranty claims when necessary.
